Where do A Nanyang Heritage products made/sources from?
Since A Nanyang Heritage focuses on Nanyang heritage, our products are made/sourced from Malaysia and Singapore. Products available are either part of Nanyang heritage’s food and beverages that we grew up with.

4) Make sure that the product and quantity are correct before checkout
5) Select the delivery method
6) Fill up all the details (Make sure the shipping address is correct)

ORDER 

How to check the status of my order(s)?
Please check in “Order”. After your order is shipped, the status will changed from “In Process” to “Posted”.

How to cancel a paid order?
Please contact our customer service via Email within 12 hours after placing your order and we might be able to cancel your order. However, if it’s more than 12 hours, we might not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests as your order might have been packed & ready to be collected by courier.

How to change address for a paid order?
Realised you have entered the wrong shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact our customer service via Email within 1 hours after placing your order and we might be able to change the shipping address. However, if it’s more than 1 hours, we might not be able to accommodate any changes requested as our team might have prepared the shipping details for collection by courier service.

How is the refund calculated if the item is to be returned?
For refund (subject to review), we will refund the prorated refund (If promotion code has been applied to the order) (i.e. the account you applied when making the payment) within 7 working days from the day we confirmed the item returned are in good condition.

How is the refund calculated if the item is out of stocks?
For order item which is out of stock, we may partially fulfill/cancel the order and we will refund you the prorated refund for partially fulfilled order (if promotion code has been applied to the order)

Why is my order cancelled?
A Nanyang Heritage reserves the right to cancel or modify any order if the purchase behaviour of the customer is seen to be suspicious. If you have any enquiries, please contact our team via Email.

A Nanyang Heritage only accepts payment via Paypal.

How to make payment?

Why is there a difference in price?
Product price and information stated on the A Nanyang Heritage website are subject to changes without prior notice. We will not be responsible for any subsequent purchases of the same product at a different price after a particular date.

How to return an item?
We will certainly try our best to help if you would like to return your ordered product and get a refund (e.g. item being shipped wrongly).
