"Bak Kut Teh" is the local Nanyang slang which simply means pork rib soup.
How to Prepare
1) Boil 1000g of pork ribs in a pot of water for 5 minutes and drain it to remove the scum
2) Boil 500ml of water and place the sachet and pre-prepared pork ribs in the boiling water
3) Simmer for 30 minutes on low heat and add 8 pieces of garlics
4) Continue to simmer for another 15 minutes
5) Enjoy!
